Account Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and participation on mnbig33 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. mnbig33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and any Account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual person is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the mnbig33 platform. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mnbig33 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void associated transactions, and withhold any funds held therein pending investigation.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Malaysian phone number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 Residential Eligibility

You must not register or use the Services if you are resident in, or accessing the platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. mnbig33 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your access to the Services from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.

3.5 KYC Verification

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations, mnbig33 is required to verify the identity of all registered Users. You may be required to submit copies of your MyKad (front and back), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership prior to any withdrawal being processed. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods associated with your Account. An Account is considered inactive ("Dormant") if no login or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of MYR 10 per month, deducted from the Account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the User. You will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on mnbig33 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are borne by the User.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by mnbig33 are subject to these General Terms and any additional specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they and any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for mnbig33 welcome bonuses range from 10x to 35x depending on the bonus type selected. Wagering must be completed within the specified validity period; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds and winnings derived therefrom.

Self-referrals, referrals to duplicate accounts, or referrals to accounts subsequently identified as duplicates will be disqualified.

7.2 Palpable Errors

mnbig33 reserves the right to void any bet offered or accepted as a result of a palpable error (including but not limited to grossly incorrect odds, incorrect event information, or technical failure). Where a palpable error is identified post-settlement, mnbig33 will void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's Account. This right shall be exercised reasonably and transparently, and will be communicated to affected Users promptly.

7.3 Live Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted at the risk of the User. The Platform does not guarantee the availability of live betting markets at all times, and may suspend live markets at any point during an event at its discretion. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless voided under the palpable error provision above.

While we strive to maintain platform availability around the clock, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services and shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, scheduled maintenance, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for consequential damages is not permitted, mnbig33's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

mnbig33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities;
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months;
• Upon receipt of a valid self-exclusion request;
• At the User's own request.

Upon termination for cause (breach of Terms), any balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited activity is confirmed, forfeited permanently. In all other cases of termination, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the User via their last verified payment method within 14 business days.

12.1 Account Closure by User

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Withdrawal of any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with Section 5 above prior to closure. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions.

Amendments to These Terms
